I found an adolescent Tuxedo cat near Emorywood Drive and NC Hwy West 126 in Morganton, NC. The cat is friendly and chatty. I've been feeding it for awhile. Today-- 18 Jan 2023 -- the cat finally came near me. I have the cat safe and warm in a sunroom in my house.
