I will be expecting babies from these guys in a few months. The first photo is the male and the second and third is the girls. The technical name is African Pygmy Dormice. They resemble squirrels. They are nocturnal critters and enjoy having a companion. They need a tank to live in as they can squeeze through the tiniest spaces. They like having things to climb on as well as hide under. My babies will be ready to go to their homes when they are 8 weeks and they’ll come with some of their food. They are good little critters. Social once they bond to you. They are very fast so earning their trust is important. My babies will be handled as soon as they are old enough. They enjoy seeds, nuts, fruits, and insects.
