Let’s talk bourbon. In this interactive class we’re going to be talking and tasting all things bourbon. We will discuss the hows and whys of bourbon production and process. We’ll also be tasting bourbon at different stages of the aging process, sampling a few bourbon cocktails, and pairing bourbon with some sweet and savory treats.
