Vernales presents the first annual National History Day Symposium and Student Showcase fundraiser at Harbor Springs High School! Please join us for an evening of food, drinks, and an inside look at student life at Harbor Springs High School.
The student showcase begins at 5:00pm where we invite you to wander through National History Day exhibits, AEVE presentations, HSHS artwork, and so much more! From 5:30-6:30 please enjoy the ticketed buffet meal with the main course generously provided by Vernales of Harbor Springs to include pasta alfredo, penne with meatballs, breadsticks, and a chef's choice vegetable. Appetizers and desserts proudly made by Petoskey CTE Culinary Arts students. After the dinner hour, please continue to enjoy the student work and presentations throughout the school!
All proceeds go DIRECTLY back to the students to help pay for contest entry fees and travel expenses! NHD winners chosen this night will move on to the district level competition in Traverse City in March, district level winners travel to Oakland University in April to compete at the state level, and any student that wins at the state level competes at Nationals in Maryland in May. Our students have the talent and drive to make it the whole way!
You can come celebrate and support our students by purchasing your meal tickets here, $20 per adult and $15 per 18 and under.
Thank you, ahead of time, from all of us here at HSHS and the NHD students. This will be a night to remember!
