Whether it is sadness, anger, fear, anxiety, happiness, excitement, etc. our little ones can sometimes feel these things in a much more intense way because they don't have as many life experiences to compare current experiences with. Isn't it so fascinating knowing that even newborns do not have to be taught to feel emotions? We will dive in to learning about the brain, emotions, and foster some great ideas of how to navigate emotional responses as parents (while we are likely having our own emotional response) that will work best for you and your parenting style!
