Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide, a non-profit working tirelessly to end suicide in the Yampa Valley, is hosting their first ever bowling tournament! Bowling Against Bullies will help raise money for the Youth Programs that REPS supports like the "Youth Ambassador Program" and "It Takes Courage". These programs are dedicated to raising awareness of the impacts of bullying and decreasing incidents of suicide through education about mental health and by providing our youth with the tools that instill courage and inspire growth of empathetic communities. Bowling Against Bullies will be hosted in honor of Gina Toothaker, an incredible member of our community whose passion was the "It Takes Courage" program. Please join us on March 10th, 2023 in celebrating Gina, and raising money to support these amazing youth programs. A total of 24 teams can enter to bowl in this tournament. Each team can have up to 6 members, however, spectators are welcome to come support as well! Tickets will be $300 per team or $25 per spectator. Beer, wine & food will be included with your ticket! Although team tickets are $300, the goal of this event is to raise money for our youth programs, so we encourage your team to raise as much money as possible! We want you to have fun with this! We encourage your team to pick a theme and dress up- the crazier the costume, the better! Prizes will be awarded at the end of the night to the team with the highest score, lowest score, special games winners, best costumes, and teams that fundraised the most money. You must be 21+ to attend this event. There will be two rounds of bowling - the first will be 5:30-7:30pm and the second will be from 8:00-10:00pm. You will need to select first or second round. Awards will be directly afterwards, so we encourage all teams to stick around until the end so that the winners can receive their prizes! When purchasing tickets, designate one "team captain" who will purchase the team ticket. Be sure to buy your ticket on the map. You will see an option to buy a ticket in Round 1, Round 2, or the Spectators section. Make sure to select a ticket in the round that your team wants to bowl. You only need one ticket per team, so individual members do not need to buy their own tickets.
