Job Description – Maintenance tech. Experience in Refrigeration/kitchen equipment /cooling systems includes the below: . Amperage, voltage, operation/calibration of thermostat. . knowledge of change breakers, disconnect box, low voltage wiring . Wire connectors computer board/fuses/relays/transformer motors. . Change /repair compressor, condenser, evaporator, and fan blade . Checking coil conditions and replacing. . Check drain pan/float switch/drainage system piping and fix . Welding/brazing (oxygen, acetylene, vacuum pump oil, solder 5%, sand cloth) . Check gas pressure, adjust pilots . Check sensors and control living . Experience in changing gaskets, checking and fixing air, water, and grease leaks . Cleaning ice machines, changing filters, draining water troughs, and refilling . Install ice deflector baffle . Clean condenser coil/chemical cleaning
