Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic will be hosting its annual Panhellenic Luncheon on Saturday, March 11, 2023. The event will take place at Wildwood Country Club (5000 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 40291). Check-in will open at 10:00 AM, and the luncheon and program will begin at 11:00 AM. Each year, the GLAP comes together with Panhellenic women throughout the Louisville metropolitan area to raise scholarship funds for Panhellenic women at the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Indiana University Southeast. Join us in celebrating our 2023 Scholarship Award Winners and the 2023 Outstanding Alumna recipient. We are also excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Kaite Conway (a certified mental performance consultant) who will help us learn more about taking care of one's mental health and wellbeing In 2023, GLAP awarded $6000 in scholarship funds to some amazing Panhellenic women. We could not do this without you. This year, we will have three opportunities to contribute to the scholarship fund. Attend the Luncheon. All profits from ticket sales go to the fund. Additionally, we will be hosting a live auction with some special items during the luncheon. Silent Auction. Going live on March 3, 2023, the silent auction is GLAP's primary fundraiser. This year, we will be collecting hygiene items and cleaning supplies for the Center for Women and Families. Additional Event Details Tickets are $36 for alumnae and $26 for collegians. A cash bar will be available.A pre-purchased ticket is required. The deadline to register is March 3 @ 5pm. A credit card must be provided to purchase tickets.
