Description

For just $10/person, this class will include awareness, prevention and how to counter a physical attack with how and where to strike back. St. Matthews Martial Arts will also teach the mental attitude needed to be prepared to protect yourself and answer any questions. This class will be located at F45 in Westport Village, located near Clater Jewelers. Space is limited to 25 attendees, with a minimum of 10 attendees.
