Get your chalk ready for our spring Chalk It Up contest! Chalk It Up will take place at Charbonneau Park and all ages and levels of artists are able to participate. The first 50 participants to register will receive their own set of chalk. Prizes for 1st place and runner-up will be awarded based on different groups: 10 and under, 11-17 years old, 18 and over. Sidewalk Chalk Event **March 4th - 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.**
