Join us for the New Year New You Retreat on Sunday, January 22nd, 2023 at the Meditation Center of Chicago. Start up your year with a positive intention to make a better life. Reserve your spot now and take your first step towards a new you! ***We provide separate morning sessions for regular meditators and people who are new to meditation. *** Tentative Schedule 8:45 am Check-in 9:00 am Orientation & Tai Chi Exercise 9:20 am Meditation, Dharma Talk, Q & A 11:30 am Lunch Time (**We provide lunch for you**) 12: 20 pm Mindful Activity & Break Time 01:00 pm Meditation & Group Discussion 2:20 pm Loving Kindness Meditation and Reflection 03:00 pm End of Program PS. If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your meals. Please register on Eventbrite to help us prepare the proper meals for everyone attending Foods will be cooked fresh. ***All PARTICIPANTS will take responsibility for health issues during or after having the foods/beverages or snacks that the center provides.
