Prairie View A&M University' s Cooperative Extension Program of Wharton/Austin County will be hosting an interactive tour of PVAMU's Meat Science Center in Prairie View, Texas on Friday, February 17th at 9:00 AM. The tour will consist of a walkthrough of the meat lab and a meat-cutting demonstration presented by Dr. Lea Ann Kinman (PVAMU Research Scientist & Director of the Meat Science Center).
