GET YOUR GARDEN ON: Session #1, Texas Gardening, Simple and Sane Do you want to grow your own food, but you consider yourself to have a black thumb when it comes to Texas gardening? Are you wondering the proper growing season or how to handle the local garden pests? Come garden alongside Shelly Smith-Pehl (@wildvillagefarm on Instagram) and harvest tips-a-plenty from this experienced homesteader. We will assemble a make-and-take up-cycled planter for your starter seeds, as well as resources and contacts to help you with your garden at home. Bring your favorite camp chair or folding chair, and Let's GET YOUR GARDEN ON! Reserve your tickets now! Spaces will fill up quickly. Invite friends and relatives! This could even be a great homeschool learning experience or science project to do with your child or grandchild. Tickets $40 per ticket.
