Glows J & M is seeking dependable and reliable individuals to join our team as cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of commercial and residential buildings. Duties and responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and surfaces Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Empty trash cans and recycling bins Disinfect restrooms and break rooms Maintain supplies and equipment Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work on weekends Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations preferred We offer competitive wages, month-to-quarterly incentives, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
