Empower YOUth Art Auction

The Empower YOUth Art Auction is the final component of our five month long Youth Art Initiative at Red Bank High School. In partnership with the Northside Neighborhood House CommUNITY Schools program, 17 local artists from the Greater Chattanooga Community have shared their craft with students, including how they use their art to help process their mental health journey and how to create a revenue stream through artistic endeavors. Many of our Artist Presenters have helped students with their own art projects and have also created pieces for our Empower YOUth Art Auction. This special celebration will include a LIVE auction with 8-10 donated pieces from local artists, as well as a silent youth art auction with 20-25 pieces selected by a special committee. We will also have a LIVE wood burning demonstration from Red Bank Mayor Hollie Berry that will be auctioned off that night! ALL PROCEEDS from the Empower YOUth Art Auction will also stay in the Red Bank Community, with money being given to use in the public school art programs, to provide summer art scholarships to local teens, and to the youth artists themselves! So, please, consider joining us for a night of music with special guests DJ Common Knowledge and local singer-songwriter duo In the Company of Wolves.
