FULL TIME MAINTENANCE NEEDED - START TODAY

We are looking for a full time maintenance person that is able to start right away. This person should have som knowledge in all areas of apartment maintenance. Having a COP license and EPA certification is not required but is preferred. Must be able to replace a water heater, repair plumbing, install electrical outlets and ceiling fans, replace garbage disposals and repair appliances. Must also be able prepare units for new move ins by cleaning them, painting them and getting small work order items completed before new move in is required. This person must be organized and be able to stay on track even when required to do multiple things at once and must be able to work on their own without a lot of supervision.
