Native American-Style Flutes are simple and intuitive instruments used for connecting deeply to the self and spirit. They are widely used for a variety of reasons including self-expression, during prayer and mindfulness practices and for personal growth. Native Style flutes make a great additional to all healing modalities including massage, reiki, energy work, reflexology, and sound healing. During this class you will: Get familiar with your flute Learn how to hold your flute & catch bad playing habits Play the pentatonic scale Learn techniques like 'tonguing' and 'jumping notes' and more! Learn practice techniques Create your very own melodies Journey to connect with your flute Exchange flute energy with the intention of healing Experience playing in/with/for nature (weather permitting) 1×1 time and ongoing support Manual included And more!
