Long Beach UbeFest presents the first ever Ube Harvest Festival, taking place in Long Beach, California. Commonly harvested in January, Ube/Ubi (Dioscorea Alata) is known as a purple yam from the Philippines which is regularly used for Filipino desserts through the creation of ube halaya (purple yam jam) This family-friendly festival will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 11am to 5pm at Kubo, a Filipino community space in the Bixby Knolls community of Long Beach. We will feature over 15+ vendors, giving you the best ube experience. Please note: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are not transferable.
