Controllers, pilots, maintenance, dispatch, and all aviation enthusiasts, please join expert Dan Larson on a presentation highlighting the importance of Crew Resource Management (CRM) & Threat and Error Management (TEM). 🛫 This event is open to all (and extremely beneficial knowledge for all those involved in aviation), so please feel free to invite all family, friends, co-workers, etc. who would benefit from this presentation.* We recommend bringing a laptop, paper/pencil, or any note-taking device. SOTN will be providing pizza and refreshments at the event!** 🍕 ABOUT DAN: Dan Larson started with Mesaba airlines in 1995. He joined the CRM team in 1996. Later, he became the MSP Chief Pilot 3 days prior to The events on 9/11/01 — left that position in fall of 2006. Dan joined the instructor ranks shortly there after. Present day, he is an APD (Aircrew program designee) and continues to be a lead CRM/TEM curriculum and facilitator leader at Endeavor Airlines. ABOUT CRM/TEM: Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for flight crew personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency. TEM tools are used in concert with CRM skills. This aviation standard is foundational for keeping our missions safe by promoting vigilance versus complacency.
