This LBD dinner is aphrodisiac themed! Dinner starts at 6PM and most, if not all, ingredients in the 4 course meal will be an aphrodisiac. So if you don't have time for date night the week of Valentine's Day, this is your chance! Oysters start off the four courses as your appetizer, served three ways: jalapeño cheddar, Rockefeller, and BBQ beer baked. Spring fusion salad of a combination of baby lettuces, topped with a berry assortment, goat cheese, and served with a housemade raspberry vinaigrette. Two entree options: Grilled Sockeye Salmon topped with a sweet Thai chili sauce, or a Blackened Pork Steak with a pomegranate chutney. Both served with sweet potato hash, and grilled asparagus. A cherry cordial, chocolate torte closes us out for dessert! Each ticket will include 2 glasses of DiBacco wine! 8PM and the party kicks off with DJ Rukus! We'll be serving butler passed apps, and $6 Trophy Wife cocktails throughout the evening, with individual plates available to be purchased as well! Why Wednesday, you ask? We all need a break in the middle of the week, and conveniently in the middle of the month! Take a night off to dress up and enjoy yourself amidst the new year chaos!
