Hiring skilled laborers for masonry and waterproofing service department. Structural Waterproofing and Restoration, LLC (SWR) is a general contractor performing work throughout the United States. Our company focuses primarily on waterproofing, joint sealant, expansion joints, window restoration, leak detection, concrete restoration, exterior finish systems, precast concrete installation, repointing, weather barriers, masonry restoration, new masonry, glass restoration, steel restoration, cold formed steel framing, architectural cast masonry, interior buildouts, protective coatings, commercial building painting, and construction management. Benefits: Full time Salary: $16-20/hour 401k Vacation time Tools and equipment provided Requirements: Comply with all manufacturer’s specifications Follow all SWR and governmental safety requirements Complete safety paperwork Log all hours and materials on timesheet Take direction from supervisor for proper equipment and material installations Valid driver’s license Travel to and from job sites in personal vehicle may be required Willingness to complete OSHA 30 Bilingual preferred Working conditions: Typical work week is Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Must be willing to work at heights Must be willing to work in outdoor and indoor environments Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs SWR is a drug free work place.
