If an individual by the name of Michael Livingston wishes to rent from you make sure you think twice. He has an attitude that he owns the house because he pays rent. He will run up your water bill by taking three showers a day and leave your lights on all day and night. When confronted he can become very antagonistic and combative. He called the police on me four times in the span of 2 hours. One of the times the police showed up they told me he said I threatened to shoot him. He's bad news
