The goal of this event is to help connect our community to important resources available from local businesses, non-profit organizations, healthcare facilities and so much more. The expo will feature demonstrations, nutrition education events, free screening, alternative health and wellness professionals, interactive promoting fitness and health, family services, senior services, and guest speakers. It will take place at the Hammack Bay Town Center on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 10am-3pm.
