39 gallon tank with live fish

I have a 39 gallon tank with live fish... two angle fish, black cat fish, some long fish... two fish nets one small the other big. Quick start, water conditioner, a small bottle of Quick start, a water pump to help drain tank, a water heater, filter system, two brand new fliter pads a container of fish flacks and frozen blood worms to feed. I am willing enough to drain the tank put the fish in a separate container with the lid with holes for easy pickup and transfer the price is reasonable willing to negotiate..
