What Do You Like to Find at the Farmer's Market?

We're not officially affiliated with the North Lawrence Farmer's Market; we're just some people who grow and/or sell food and many of us are wondering what you'd like to see at a farmer's market. Would you like to see more extracts such as vanilla extract or grounds? How about kits of bottles and vanilla beans so you can make your own? There are some bulk deals we can get to make these items cheaper than you will pay at a grocery store. Do you like to buy starts of plants that can sometimes be trickier to germinate, such as lavender or eggplant? How about trendy or less-sold items like shishito peppers, particular types of sprouts, gogi berries, or gogi berry bush starts? Would you like to buy starts or fruits/veg from obscure varieties, just to try them out? Wheat berries to ground your own flour? How about grinding flour at the market? We want to provide the things you're interested in. Please let us know what your thoughts are.
