Dock hand: Responsibilities; Assist members with loading/unloading their boat, including fueling, cleaning, and preparing boats for use. Check Members out/in for their boat outing. Monitor the Marina for safety hazards and adress them promptly. Provide excellent customer service to members. Maintain clean boats and docks. Assistant dock master: Responsibilities; Supervise dock hands, conduct weekly inspections, light maintenance(i.e..,oil changes,etc.). Dock Master: Responsibilities; Schedule of staff, schedule boat maintenance, team building, maintain budgets for manpower and maintenance, conduct detailed inspections of boats and docks. Current rates for dock hands range from$12 to $14/hr; assistant dock masters range from $14 to$16/hr. dock masters$16 to $20/hr.
