NYS Essential Power is an up and coming solar company with combined experience of over 10 years. We are looking for solar installers to help grow our company with the continuous job flow that comes in. Job Specific Requirements: -Repair and install solar panels on residential roofs -Monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement. -Provide and maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle for company use as necessary -Follow a preset job schedule and track hours -Professional appearance and interaction with homeowners at all times is a MUST -Additional duties required as needed -You will be provided with any and all required safety equipment Qualifications & Experience -High school diploma or GED. -Solar installation experience preferred -Good mechanical skill set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc. -Work safely on roofs for extended periods of time; ascend and descend ladders. -Regularly lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbs.
