A growing New Jersey based property management company with a focus on providing quality housing and community-based solutions seeks a repair technician to assist with the maintenance and repair tasks of the portfolio. The repair technician will performs a wide variety of general maintenance/repairs at various branch locations, including light mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs, performs landscaping duties RESPONSIBILITIES: Painting Flooring repair and installation (carpet, hardwood and tiling) Faucet, sink and toilet repairs Door repair and installation Window repair and installation Carpentry Drywall repair and installation Installation of plumbing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, p traps Installation of lighting fixtures such as light switches, light fixtures, GFCI’s outlets etc. Restarting hot water tanks Cleaning of interior and exterior of properties Cutting grass and landscaping of properties
