Looking to fill a space in a spacious, light filled, well ventilated jewelry / art studio in East Williamsburg. In addition to your own personal section, renters will have full access to a large communal area with storage containing a large center island, as well as a workbench with tools, soldering station with oxyprop torch, a polishing wheel, flex shaft, tumbler, sheet metal shears, vice grip, ultrasonic. Renters are welcome to store necessary tools / items in common area. Room also contains a slop sink, ventilation, free Wifi, and utilities are minimal (occurs on a bi-annual basis and are very low). The studio is located in a nice, secure, well run building filled with other art studios. Building also has a secure mailroom with keycard access, loading dock access and a freight elevator. **MUST BE VACCINATED TO APPLY** The studio is still in transition, and we are open to changes / additions to the communal space to benefit everyone. Spaces available immediately and rent will be pro-rated according to move in date.
