Young dog needing good home

Border collie girl about a year old. She has grade 1 patella luxation in her back right leg(knee sometimes pops in and out when rough housing or running full speed) so she needs a home without other big dogs and should be walked on a leash, at least while her leg strengthens up. Vet says it's very common, she is perfectly healthy otherwise but needs a better home environment to prevent her from getting worse. Im looking for a companion home for her, no agilty or breeding. Asking a very small rehoming fee, just want her in a home well suited for her needs.
