My mother and grandfather passed away in the past two years. My mother just passed suddenly in Nov of last year she didn’t have a written will so I have to get the trailer appraised in order to get on the title. I’m lost and just trying to get the help so I can get to the next step of getting it fixed up and get my family there to continue the generations of the home being given to family.
