Start working towards retirement today and apply! ___________________________________________________ POSITION: Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates with HVAC experience for an Apartment Maintenance position to join our team in support of our 21 South at Parkview Apartments! PAY: Up to $21 an hour plus: On-call bonus $100/week and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency maintenance Up to $300 bonus every 3 months Shared renewal commissions monthly Up to $1+ raises annually SCHEDULE: M-F daytime hours Some shared on-call 1x a month Full time 40 hours a week Required valid drivers license and transportation LOCATION: 21 South at Parkview (tsla) 4944 South Sherwood Forest Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70816 264 unit community What We Offer: • Competitive pay - Up to $21/hr • Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year • Monthly and quarterly bonuses • Weekly pay for on-call whether you are called or not • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions • Profit sharing program after first year • Tool reimbursement program • Power tool battery exchange program • Winter boot reimbursement program • 20% off rent at any of our owned communities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours • Amazing medical starting at $15.00 per check for a great, comprehensive plan. • Dental and Vision Insurance • Life and Disability Insurance • Paid additional training/school • Tuition reimbursement program • Yearly anniversary gifts • Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more What We Need: • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting) • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Exterior structural maintenance as needed • Snow removal (when applicable) • Pool maintenance (where applicable) What You Need: • 1+ years’ experience in maintenance • HVAC experience • CPO Certification strongly preferred • Dry walling including painting and carpentry • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process."
