Real Estate Investor seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a property representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to assess properties for potential acquisition. Responsibilities include: -Printing out real estate closing documents to bring with you to sellers homes -Meeting with the property owner/seller and gathering information about the property -Visiting properties and conducting walkthroughs to assess condition and identify any potential issues -Sit down and present property owners with provided real estate closing documents to close the deal while at the property -Place real estate investor on the phone to speak with the sellers -Follow directions from real estate investor on guiding sellers to fill out and gather necessary documents to close a real estate transaction -Taking detailed photos and videos of the property and documents -Communicating with the investment team and providing a detailed summary of the property and the meeting -Maintaining accurate records of all the properties you've visited Qualifications: -Must possess own transportation and willing to travel to properties -Access to a printer, will be asked to printout closing documents -Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work independently and with a team -Organized -Some real estate experience is a plus -This is a part-time/as-needed/on-call position with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.
