Trinity Building and Design a Cape Coral contractor is looking for a full-time Journeyman Plumber to join the team. Individuals must have a valid, clean driver's license. Opportunity for signing bonus. The position requires manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks and installation in residential, commercial, educational, and possibly medical, and industrial facilities. Qualification Requirements: Minimum 5+ years related commercial work experience. 10-hour OSHA certification, training provided if needed. Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes. Able to work on all plumbing phases of the building process; underground/2nd rough/trim set. Able to install PVC and Cast Iron DWV, CPVC, Copper and PEX piping. Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. Must own personal tools of the trade. Clean/Valid driver's license. Must be able to lift +50 lbs.
