The first new moon of 2023 is approaching us and it marks the perfect time for us to get a clear vision and set our intentions for this new year that has begun! Energy flows where intention goes and your intentions create your reality, that's why setting intentions for the year it's so important. More than making a list of things that you wish you would do and then forget about it, this workshop will be focused on how you want to FEEL this year, we'll be meditating and reflecting on the year that went by, releasing what no longer serve us, letting go of the old and making space for the new. You can expect: -Guided meditations -Slow movement -Breathwork -Journaling prompts (Reflection & intention setting) -Meditation around the fire -Community potluck The workshop will be held under a magical Oak tree and we'll close with a fire under the stars. All you need is a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, a journal and a pen to write, and something to share for the community potluck.
