Knockout Boxing and Fitness is pleased to announce our fourth annual Fight Night benefiting Down to Box! Come out and enjoy a night of boxing at the Hockessin PAL showcasing some of the best amateur talent in the region! Doors open at 4 pm, and bouts start at 5 pm! Food and beverages will be available on site as well as official Down to Box and Knockout Boxing apparel. Down to Box is a national nonprofit that trains gyms throughout the country to bring boxing and fitness programs to adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities.
