This class is designed to help you master the techniques of making homemade gnocchi using ricotta, Vince's famous grated cheese blend , and durum flour from scratch!  First you will learn how to make a delicious meat sauce with fresh herbs, vegetables, San Marzano tomatoes and a fresh ground beef mixture. After you prepare the sauce, you will hand mix the gnocchi dough using a high quality ricotta. To teach you how to form the dough into gnocchi, we will be using a traditional gnocchi board.  You'll want to make this again frequently this winter season!! Guests can shop early or after class, as you will receive a 10% discount on your purchases. Class price is per person. We do not provide wine with classes unless it is part of a recipe, but we do encourage you to bring your own. We encourage you to send someone in your place should you be unable to attend class.
