Demands associated with caregiving can be taxing; often leaving caregivers susceptible to lack of attention to their own health and well-being. In many communities, serving as a caregiver is viewed as a cultural necessity. Join us as we discuss how caregiving disproportionately impacts Black and Brown communities and offer insight to the various ways caregivers can gain support. Food and beverages will be served. Childcare will also be available free of charge. The first 20 guests to register will receive a $25 Amazon or Target gift card upon in-person attendance!
