Our final Know & Glow is here! Even if you haven't attended a previous workshop, you will be able to jump in at this one and learn valuable information about your menstrual cycle-- and how to live WITH it instead of against it. As with all previous ticket sales, a portion of your proceeds will go to the Grace Upon Grace Project for this non-profit event. The Grace Upon Grace Project provides menstrual health products, kits, diapers, and wipes to those in need across Northern Colorado. The luteal phase takes up approximately two weeks of your cycle. Learn how to live your best life through early, mid, and late luteal. We’ll cover various cyclical exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle practices— plus spend time mingling + enjoying refreshments. This event is limited to eight spots. We can’t wait to see you there! P.S. We recommend arriving early in Old Town to find a parking spot on the street or in the parking garage west of Illusions Organic.
