Disaster can strike at any moment. Are you and your family prepared? Learn how to protect your home and your loved ones from a disaster through this Be Red Cross Ready course. We will cover three simple, and achievable steps to making you better prepared: Get a Kit, Make a Plan, Be Informed. Instructor: Hannah Christen is the Disaster Preparedness Manager for the American Red Cross covering Washington State and Northern Idaho. In her 4 years with the Red Cross, she has taught over 5,000 kids, adults and businesses about preparing for and recovering after disasters. When not in the classroom, she responds to active disaster zones across the country to provide humanitarian assistance. Hannah has been a Wenatchee resident for 3 years.
