The Power Of Positive Self-Talk & Self-Love Workshop for TeensWe all deal with highs and lows in life. Even as kids, we experience a variety of emotions that have a direct impact on our choices, and the way we think about ourselves. Bad experiences can result in negative thinking which can be detrimental to a young person’s self-confidence and outlook on life. That’s why positive thinking is so powerful— not just for adults but kids as well. Maintaining a positive attitude can be challenging at times, but practice and encouragement to implement tools that we are teaching in our workshop this month will help to become a skill that can shape and transform young lives.What you will experience:* Create a jar filled with words and phrases that reminds you to feel happy, use positive self-talk, and feel more confident throughout your day. * Reflex points on the hands or feet to help your body feel calmer and more centered. * Create a Self-Love Worksheet that will help you to focus on what fills your heart with love and kindness.
