After class, there will be free samples of MOMENT and discount codes for you, as well as a champagne toast for you (BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!). You will enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls, while guided through breathing exercises to find your center. You will leave rejuvenated with more energy to your day. This particular meditation class is a self-care experience filled with affirmations and expression. If you're looking to center yourself on the right path this event is for you. Please note that doors open at 11:11am to prepare for the session and get comfortable, and the session will begin at 11:30 and doors close at 11:30. If you are late you will be able to enjoy the sounds in the over flow room.
