House Cleaning for Vacation Rental Villa- $50/hour

My name is Rob Limehouse.(Se Habla Espanol). I own a vacation rental villa in Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon. I rent the villa on VRBO for 7 night stays. I am now looking for a reliable, dependable cleaning person that can handle my cleanings. They are usually on Saturdays, but not always. They are often same day out in cleanings, but not always. Sometimes you would have a 2-3 day window to clean it before the next check in.. It just depends on the schedule. Each month, I give you the cleaning schedule for the next month in advance, so you typically have plenty of time to plan for and schedule the cleanings. I actively market and manage my property, so it is rented out a lot and so it is a good steady consistent job for you to count on regular income from the cleanings. You will get paid $200 for each cleaning, plus tips. (we put out an envelope inviting the vacation renters to leave a tip, and as long as the house is clean, most people do leave a nice tip). It takes approximately 4 hours to do a full out/in cleaning, so you are typically making about $50 per hour, plus tips. I also give an annual end of year bonus at Christmas to my cleaning person if they are doing a good job. If you have a renter that has a dog and there is dog extra cleaning to remove the dog hair, then I pay an extra $50 for that cleaning. As an added bonus to a good cleaner, I will give a 1 week per year free stay at my vacation rental house on the Chattahoochee River in the mountains of North Georgia.
