You’ve seen the logos, merch, and Ted Talk, but have you seen the man himself? Contravent and AIGA Salt Lake City present A Day with Aaron Draplin on Saturday, February 11. There are two exciting ways to spend the day with Aaron. DESIGN WORKSHOP - Starting at 12:00 PM, join Draplin and other creatives for a hands-on DDC Workshop, where you’ll learn the spiciest tips and tricks for stellar design, along with lunch and a DDC Super Kit. This will be about 4 hrs of inspiration, design practice and “real talk” methods and maneuvers for making a life in design. SPEAKING SESSION - Then, at 7:00 pm, gather around with 200 of your closest friends as Uncle Drap drops even more knowledge, wisdom, and tall tales from the road in one of his signature Speaking Fiascos.
