In this class, we will make three classic cocktails that have a winter and/or Valentines spin. Each guest will get to drink the three cocktails they make throughout the evening- so be ready to party! We will also provide small bites throughout the evening to complement the cocktails.
Hibiscus Margarita- A gorgeous magenta margarita made with all natural hibiscus flower. This drink has a citrus-forward approach with the familiar tequila base. Hibiscus Cardamom bitters are used to add depth of flavor.
Cranberry Mule- This version of the classic Gin-Gin Mule will include tart cranberry balanced with sweet and spicy ginger beer. Orange bitters will be used to give a bright citrus finish.
Cherry Cacao Manhattan- Local whiskey will be featured in this classic Manhattan. Cherry Cacao bitters will add flavor and balance with the sweet vermouth. Cheers!
