Join the Young Executive Society for the first session of our 2023 Business Development Series. Geared towards local San Diego Small Business Entrepreneurs; with the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of their business while receiving expert answers to your real life business questions. While the Young Executives are hosting this event it is not restricted by age. Everyone is welcome! Each segment will have a 15-30 minute introduction, followed by a 1 hour Q&A, or panel style discussion based on the topics being highlighted. Session One Topics: Get clear on the who, what, why, and how of your business. Get clear on your TAM/SAM/SOM, business plan development, financial projections and how to tap into local resources. Each segment will build on the previous sessions. The YES committee will host a pitch competition with a prize at the end of the series – qualification is: you have to have attended at least 5 of the offered segments.
