For nearly 20 years, Portland, Oregon's Westward Whiskey has been pushing boundaries and testing the limits of what a Single Malt can be. Join us as we taste our way through their core lineup, plus some special surprises! Westward takes a craft approach to their whiskeys, with careful attention paid at every step of the process beginning with an exceptional beer fermented from local barley all the way through an innovative cask-aging program. Westward is bold, spicy, and will challenge your expectation of what a malt whiskey can be! In addition to their flagship American Single Malt, we'll also be sampling their stout and pinot noir cask-finished expressions, their heavy-hitting cask strength, and a mystery pour! (Who doesn't love a mystery pour?) Matching innovation for innovation, we'll have a selection of light bites courtesy of ReMix Kitchen. Chef Ross Pangilinan's delectible pan-Asian fusion cuisine is the perfect accompaniment to a good spirit. Here're the details: We've got five pours, plus a welcome punch!
