Instructor: Andy Schreder, Andy is a Certified Building Official & Certified CE Instructor. He is the Chief Building Official and Owner of Rum River Construction Consultants and acts as the designated Building Official for several jurisdictions, and in assisting additional municipalities. Andy has presented MN DLI approved Continuing Education classes for several years. Andy is an approved provider of educational services since 2009. Discussing not only what is required, but why. Conducting continuing education classes allows him to stay connected with licensed contractors hearing what areas of the code are challenging and helping make necessary clarifications of challenging provisions. Andy and his team have a reputation for accuracy and appreciate the opportunity to continue serving residents and contactors of Minnesota. Approved by Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for 7 continuing education hours (including 1 hour of energy & 1 hour of business) for residential contractors, building officials and manufactured home installers.
