Join us Saturday, February 25th and learn the important art of self-defense. We will learn basic awareness along with moves that can help get you out of choke holds, bear hugs, and moves that can protect you from encounters with weapons. You will need to wear comfortable clothing to this class. Please Note: This class takes place in the upstairs loft at Aviator Jayne and is only accessible by staircase.
