Join special guest Phillipa King (Scotch Ecologist and whisky enthusiast) as we sample rare Speyside Whiskys. We raided the Ashley’s cellar of four whiskys are not sold by the distilleries to the public. They were bottled by the independent bottler Signatory and all are un-chillfiltered with no colorings added. Tasting includes welcome cocktail, Scotch Whiskey samples, light appetizers to pair with the whiskeys.
